Getting the Most Out of Fish Oil and More!

It looks like a specially processed form of fish oil may be tops when it comes to ease of digestion and bioavailability. The combination of purified omega-3 fats and egg yolk produce an emulsified fish oil that appears to be superior to the conventional triglyceride form of omega-3s typically found in an encapsulated form.

A recent blog entry at HealthyFellow.com discusses the pros and cons of the emulsified supplement that was used in a recent comparison study conducted at the University of Minnesota.
