An Asparagus Cancer Cure?

I really enjoyed reading the columns this past week at HealthyFellow.com. In addition to the high quality, natural health information I've come to expect there were also a few surprises. It was interesting to learn about some unexpected connections between breast and prostate cancer, carob and heart disease and even antisocial behavior (crime and violence) and nutrition. Go figure!

Monday - Why You Should Consider Supplementing w/ Magnesium

Tuesday - Does Asparagus Really Cure Cancer?

Wednesday - Carob, Multivitamins and Saturated Fat News

Thursday - The Link Between Crime and Nutrition

Friday - The Latest Breast and Prostate Cancer News

One of the points that's often made on the HealthyFellow site is that we all need to do our part to spread the word about natural medicine. If you read something of value in a book, magazine or online ... make it a point to share your discovery with your doctor, family and friends. If you do so, the information automatically becomes so much more impactful. This is a free way to make a big difference in the lives of those around us. But it's up to us to actually do it.
